Job Objective -Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, preferably with Food Technology, or related field.
1825 years of experience in FMCG/beverage/food manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of P&L management and business growth.
Strong knowledge of beverage formulations, concentrates, and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in operations management, sales leadership, and supply chain management.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Africa
