Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to drive business process transformation and operational excellence. The role involves developing transformation strategies, identifying capability gaps, and implementing solutions that enable sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies and roadmaps.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Provide transformation solutions across RTR, PTP, and OTC process areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage medium-sized teams to deliver project outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Expertise in RTR, PTP, and OTC processes
- Experience with tools like Ariba, Basware , TradeShift, HighRadius, or Rimilia
- Knowledge of SAP ERP preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
