Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (Deloitte Tax) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work youll do
You will be part of the team that offers essential 1st line support to both internal and external users, ensuring that system updates, issues, admin requests and general support requirements are carried out efficiently and accurately to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide system administration support across a number of tax service lines, applications and offerings
1st line support for troubleshooting, assisting users with resolutions and escalation to appropriate global teams
Apply a methodical and logical approach to identifying and solving problems
Be involved in ad-hoc system/project implementation activities as part of a broader team
Be involved with User Acceptance Testing across a range of products/applications
A successful candidate should have:
Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to organize and prioritize workloads, together with the ability to handle deadlines and respond well under pressure
Ability to adhere to standard policies and procedures and recall/apply guidance and updates
Keen interest in problem solving
Ability to understand new applications
Ability to operate as a member of a team and work unsupervised
Good level of education with Maths and English Language as part of their curriculum
Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
Flexible in approach to work and adapt in accordance with business needs
Keen to learn new skills
Needs to be articulate, friendly and confident
Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate With computers skills as part of their curriculum or experience in a Service Desk environment
1+ years experience supporting MNC clients while working in a corporate environment
Experience in product support
Experience using entire MS office Suite
Good Presentation skills
Required Experience: 1 to 4 years
Work location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad
Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
