This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Team Lead based in Mumbai. The Business Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor a team to achieve business goals, and foster effective communication across departments. Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction, setting strategic goals, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics and aligning team performance with organizational objectives.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional relationships
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and develop insights for strategic decisions

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience in strategic planning, operations, or sales is an advantage
