About the Team

About the Role

Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps. Collaborate with Business Technology development teams and other business analysts in the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
• 6+ years' experience within Infrastructure space working with several teams such as systems, networking, Audio-Video systems, Cloud and Datacenters
• 6+ years experience in implementing, administering, and managing Infrastructure
• 6+ years experience in developing documents for IT applications, system specifications, test plans.
• 6+ years in using Jira, Miro boards and workflows.

Other Qualifications

• Hands on working experience with Windows Server, Linux based Operating systems
• Coding experience with any Infrastructure-as-a-Service
• AWS experience and certifications
