Business Systems Analyst

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst in Chennai, India.

This position is responsible for developing and supporting commercial business systems.

What a typical day looks like:

• Functional support commercial Planning and quote program management systems
• Oversee Financial and Operational dashboard process on daily basis
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams  
• Proactively monitor dashboard process and fix any issues
• Coordinate with BD/GAM and sales operations manager as needed
• Logical analysis of the data for accuracy

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Experience: Bachelors Degree with 4-6 years of experience
• Exposure to finance and supply chain process is plus
• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques
• Familiar with databases and dashboards
• Experience in MS excel and power point
• Should exhibits excellent listening and comprehension skills and has strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong in communicating complex ideas and needs to have strong interpersonal communication and needs to be comfortable in presenting in group environments.
• To be a Collaborative, effective, and proactive team member.
• Skillful at gathering and analyzing information and is quick to identify potential problems that need resolution.
• Prior exposure to system development or analytical skills
