Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.

Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Insurance domain (Life, Health, Property & Casualty preferred).

LOMA certification (ACS, AAPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with insurance systems and tools (e.g., policy administration platforms).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Japanese language skill is must required
