Job Description
Position Permanent Role Business Support Engineer
Experience 10 to 12 Years
Location Gurugram/Mumbai
Shift 2pm 11pm
Work Mode - WFO
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide L1 & L2 production support for business applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective communication throughout the issue resolution process.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various tools such as Salesforce Administration, Communication Skills, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards in all aspects of work.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in L1 Production Support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, including configuration management, data migration, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
