Job Description:

IntraEdge is seeking an Admin Assistant with a strong foundation in accounting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including automation techniques such as VBA/macro development, to streamline accounting and financial processes. This role requires good communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with accounting principles is essential to understand and interpret financial data accurately. Knowledge of Statements of Work (SOWs) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets to support accounting and finance functions.
  • Automate repetitive accounting tasks using VBA, macros, and formulas to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform data analysis and reconciliation to support financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide Excel-based solutions.
  • Communicate findings and technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support accounting teams by providing Excel templates and dashboards for various financial processes.
  • Assist in review and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) related financial data (advantageous).
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA/macro automation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to work accurately with numerical data and financial information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with SOW review and management is a plus.
  • Recruitment background or experience is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
