Business Success Intern

Were a fastscaling SaaS startup looking for a gogetter who thrives in a 360 environment. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners, playing a key role in business growth, client engagement, and people on teams to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new opportunities, potential customers and support lead qualification activities.
• Engage prospects and customers via phone, email, and meetings.
• Showcase software features, guide onboarding, and ensure a smooth first-use experience.
• Schedule, document, and follow up on demos, sales, and customer success calls.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to boost user satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct quick market research and competitor scouts, surface insights.
• Keep CRM, reports, and documentation up-do-date.
• Pitch in on process tweaks and operational tasks for the leadership team.

Required Skills

• Any degree background: MBA (HR / General Management / Marketing) is a plus.
• Fluent English and Tamil communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Passion for SaaS, Business Development, HR Operations, and Customer Success.
• Communicate clearly through effective emails, presentations and active listening.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze various reports, track KPI's and strategies based on performance insights.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 months of internship experience are welcome.
