Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manager to join our Business Strategy team. This role will focus on helping the company grow through strategic planning, data analysis, and managing digital products (like mobile apps and websites). You will work closely with different teams to improve our business processes and make important decisions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

• Help create and implement strategies to achieve company goals.
• Analyze data to identify ways to improve business performance.
• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activities to suggest opportunities for growth.
• Manage digital products, especially mobile apps, to enhance user experience.

Collaboration Across Teams:

• Work closely with teams like IT, marketing, finance, and product to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Help with planning and launching digital campaigns.

Project Management:

• Manage and oversee digital projects like mobile app updates or website redesigns.
• Create project plans, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor and measure project results using data (like user engagement or sales growth).

Market Research:

• Keep track of industry trends, including new regulations (like IRDAI guidelines), and evaluate their impact on the business.
• Study customer needs and competitor innovations in the insurance sector.

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with external vendors (companies we work with for projects).
• Ensure that vendors meet requirements and deadlines.
