Saxon AI is looking for Client Service Partner/ Technical Account Manager. The objective of this role is to be embedded within strategic client accounts , act as the clients primary technical sounding board , and convert day-to-day business and technology challenges into well-structured solution opportunities by working closely with internal teams.

Location: Mumbai (Remote)


What You Will Do

  • Be physically present within assigned client accounts and operate as an extension of the clients team
  • Build deep working relationships with IT, business, operations, and leadership stakeholders
  • Proactively observe and identify day-to-day operational and technology challenges
  • Structure ambiguous issues into clear problem statements and solution hypotheses
  • Act as a sounding board for client ideas, constraints, and roadmap discussions
  • Take problems to a conceptual solution stage before engaging internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape practical, implementable solutions
  • Support pre-sales conversations through technical clarity and solution articulation
  • Leverage stakeholder-mapping and research inputs to strengthen account intelligence
  • Drive account growth through relevance, consistency, and trust


Experience & Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, solutioning, or domain-focused roles
  • Strong technical foundation (enterprise IT, data platforms, AI, applications, manufacturing or pharma systems)
  • Prior experience in client-facing technical roles (pre-sales, consulting, solution architect, technical account management)
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, unstructured environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring capability
  • Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders
  • Exposure to pharma, manufacturing, or supply-chain environments is a strong advantage
