Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Solution Architect with 24 to 28 years of experience in Automation Analytics & Insights and Robotics Process Automation tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telecom and Networks domains. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive innovative solutions and optimize business processes. The position operates during day shifts with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Oversee the development and deployment of analytics and insights tools to support data-driven decision-making.Provide expertise in Robotics Process Automation tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.Ensure that all solutions align with industry standards and best practices in the Telecom and Networks domains.Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.Train and mentor team members on the latest technologies and methodologies in automation and analytics.Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Telecom and Networks sectors.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of business solutions.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Automation Analytics & Insights and Robotics Process Automation tools.Should possess in-depth knowledge of Telecom and Networks domains.Must have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions.Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Must be proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.Should have strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
