Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Sales Executive located in Vadodara. The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with an ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with a focus on fostering long-term relationships
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in a professional environment
- Proactive, goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
