Business Research Associate

Location: Sector 19, Dwarka, Delhi (On-site)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary Range: 40,000 50,000/month

Eligibility: Graduates/MBA (any stream)

Preferred Schooling: Kendriya Vidyalaya / Navodaya / RPVV

Experience: 13 years in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Research (Non-technical roles)

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting structured market and industry research, analyzing financial and business data, preparing insight-driven reports, and supporting strategic initiatives for senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver intelligence that strengthens business strategy, market entry plans, competitive positioning, and operational improvement.

Depending on project priorities, you may also support a range of essential activities required for seamless execution of ongoing work and leadership deliverables.

• Research multiple business segments every week.
• Decode business models: revenue, cost structure, customer flow, operations, pricing, unit economics, and scalability.
• Identify ideas that can be copied, adapted, improved, or built upon.

• Conduct quick feasibility checks: demand, competition, profitability, ROI.
• Prepare copy-modify-launch strategy outlines.
• Assist in building pilot models for launching or testing concepts.

• Use AI tools for data extraction, global insights, trends, and rapid research.
• Build AI-assisted comparative reports and opportunity mapping frameworks.

• Study market trends, innovations, and emerging opportunities.
• Benchmark competitors on pricing, offerings, branding, and service delivery.
• Identify actionable gaps and areas of advantage.

• Prepare clean and structured reports, presentations, summaries, and analysis sheets.
• Present weekly recommendations backed by logic, data, and clear reasoning.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to simplify complex insights.
• Confidence while presenting findings to leadership.

Hands-on experience with:

• Excel: editing, formatting, basic analysis, charts
• Word: structuring & formatting documents
• PowerPoint: corporate-style presentations
• Ability to use AI tools and online research platforms

• Graduate or MBA in any stream
• Non-technical background
• 13 years of experience in research, business analysis, consulting, audit, finance, or similar
• Freshers with exceptional research ability may be considered for a junior role
