Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site Business Promoter role located in Chandigarh. The Business Promoter will focus on driving business growth by increasing customer acquisition, promoting services or products, and assisting in marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, building customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and implementing promotional strategies. Additional responsibilities may involve organizing training sessions and identifying market trends to explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain positive relationships.
Proven Sales experience and proficiency in Marketing techniques to promote products or services effectively.
Ability to conduct Training sessions and to assist in coaching team members as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach.
