Role: Business Process transformation Manger - Record to Report

JD:

Lead end-to-end transformation and standardization of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes as part of the SAP S/4HANA global implementation, driving efficiency, compliance, and process excellence.

2.Own R2R workstream design, deployment, and sustain phases, including process analysis, fit-to-standard workshops, solution design, and cross-functional integration with other finance streams.

3.Act as a key change agent by collaborating with business, IT, and external partners, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and smooth adoption of new finance processes and systems.
