Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Process Consultants with a strong background in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to join our transformation and advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, preferably with an MBA, and proven expertise in driving operational excellence, digital enablement, and process automation. Exposure to the BFSI sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Lead initiatives to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes, embedding Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and enhance customer experience.
• Framework Implementation: Hands-on experience in implementing and institutionalizing ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and CMMI frameworks to strengthen quality, service management, and process maturity.
• Process Automation & AI Enablement: Drive adoption of automation, AI, and GenAI solutions to enhance productivity, analytics, and decision-making.
• Operating Model Redesign: Redefine organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to optimize resource utilization and improve agility.
• Change Management & Transformation: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, smooth adoption of redesigned processes, and measurable business outcomes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in process consulting, transformation, or operational excellence roles.
• Frameworks: Proven experience in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and CMMI frameworks.
• Certifications (either):
• CMMI Associate, PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification, Six Sigma Green Belt
• Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and change management.
• Domain Expertise: BFSI
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
