Business Process Expert (BPE) SAP-SD Order to Cash

Business Process Expert Role Overview
The Business Process Expert (BPE) within our SAP Team is responsible for Order to Cash (O2C) solutions working within the SAP S4 HANA Sales and Distribution module and other integrated modules and applications.  This includes functionality within the current scope of business processes and the delivery of new and innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality IT delivery and support.  The BPE is a link between NXP business processes and IT solutions and can influence business stakeholders and key users regarding decisions on IT solutions.  The Order to Cash BPE collaborates with other IT BPEs and Solution Architects across a diverse set of applications including Supply Chain Planning, Trade Compliance, Finance and Warehouse and Distribution.  The Order to Cash BPE also works closely with teams providing shared services such as Application Integration, Portal Solutions and Enterprise Business Intelligence.
 

Business Process & Solution Translation

• Organize and execute activities required to deliver high quality IT solutions and support to meet NXP’s business requirements
• Identify how to embed innovative technology into IT solutions which support process improvements and efficiency gains for our business partners
• Create, challenge and validate business cases for IT support of business requirements 
• Enable the design and implementation of IT solutions which meet the requirements of our business partners
• Execute projects and change requests within defined budgets, timelines and architecture standards
• Validate designs and implementation of IT solutions
• Support project and change request lifecycles – budget/estimate creation, requirements, design, test, implementation and hand-over to operations
• Leverage your knowledge of Order Management solutions and business process trends to define solution roadmaps in collaboration with key business stakeholders

Qualifications
Required

• 8+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution experience, preferably in an IT role
• Knowledge and experience with S4 HANA Sales and Distribution
• Ability to quickly learn IT solutions and the business processes supported by them
• Experience with application configuration and maintenance activities
• Ability to drive requirements definition and application acceptance activities
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT and ESPs in defining and executing projects and change requests
• Innovative self-starter with a desire to find ways in which IT can bring value to the business
• Strong understanding of IT project management techniques and methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across various levels of the company
• Team player who is open to ideas from others

Preferred

• Experience working in multicultural environments
• Knowledge and experience with the Agile methodology and/or SAFe framework is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability and willingness to travel on a limited basis
