Job Description

Ready to shape the future of Product Lifecycle Management at NXP? Become member of a dynamic Agile team driving the implementation and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. You will play a key role in partnering with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into innovative, scalable and maintainable IT solutions, enabling the effective use of product master data across the enterprise. Business Process Expert Role Overview As a Business Process Expert (BPE), you are the crucial link between NXP’s business processes and IT solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of PLM business process and master data to translate evolving business needs into future-ready IT solutions, working within Agile teams to incrementally deliver features and improvements. Your responsibilities will span from requirements gathering and analysis to solution design and implementation, testing, and operational support.   Key Responsibilities Business Process & Solution Translation - Translate business requirements into IT solutions for given business process. - Ensure alignment between business needs, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of how PLM related business processes are supported by and can be accelerated by IT solutions. Agile Team Participation - Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Developers to define scope, timing, and resource needs. - Participate in PI Planning, create iteration plans, and commit to team objectives. - Take on flexible roles within Agile teams, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or team member responsible for configuration and testing. Application Control & Quality - Carry responsibility for application control, including business logic functionality and implementation quality. - Ensure adherence to solution architecture and enterprise standards by implementation teams. Stakeholder Collaboration - Build and maintain productive networks with business representatives, architects, and IT partners. - Organize acceptance activities and discuss solution alternatives with stakeholders. Continuous Improvement & Support - Support operational business solutions, driving to operational excellence, and contribute to automation for continuous delivery. - Broaden expertise within the solution team and across other teams. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Information Technology (consultancy, project, or development) and master data or integration technologies. - Strong understanding of PLM processes, master data, and their importance for business operations. - Experience with SW development, working in Agile teams, and/or PLM domain. - Master’s degree in information technology or a related field. - Excellent understanding of enterprise application landscapes, integration principles, and standards. Preferred: - Experience working in multicultural environments. - Familiarity with Aras Innovator, and data integration with downstream applications (ERP, Finance, Planning, Logistics, etc). - Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. - Ability to teach and mentor junior developers. - Open mind to exploring and applying innovative information technologies Key Attributes - Proactive and Analytical: Anticipates business needs and identifies opportunities for process and solution improvements. - Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Detail-Oriented: Ensures thorough documentation and quality in solution delivery. - Continuous Learner: Stays updated on PLM trends and IT best practices.
