Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitor and provide feedback on process performance, and collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. You will also facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects. In this role, you will play a crucial role in improving business processes and driving organizational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with business users to analyze and design new business processes. - Monitor and provide feedback on process performance. - Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. - Facilitate process redesign and serve as a liaison to the business community. - Advise on all change aspects. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design. - Experience in monitoring and analyzing process performance. - Ability to collaborate with business users to define product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of process redesign methodologies and change management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A degree in any discipline is required.
