Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Must have Skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Good to Have Skills : No Function Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Requirement analysis Client workshops Conference room prototyping. Must understand the deep functionality features of Microsoft CRM Modules. D365 MS CRM Deep configuration knowledge across modules and features. Prepare functional design document Functional test planning, scripting and execution. Technical Experience : Experience working on an Onshore Offshore model with coordination with multiple stakeholders. Has led efforts on developing Industry functionality development for Industries like Retail Banking and Finance, Insurance and Service industries. Develop data migration programs. Assist data migration from legacy system in the respective areas. Actively involved in the integration projects between Microsoft Dynamic CRM and third party products.
