Summary: As a Business Process Architect for eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Your typical day will involve partnering with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements, as well as participating in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis and design of new business processes for eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces, ensuring that they meet process and functional requirements. - Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that they align with business needs. - Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs, ensuring that they are accurately reflected in the design of new processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new processes are effectively implemented and integrated with existing systems and processes. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Experience in analyzing and designing new business processes, ensuring that they meet process and functional requirements. - Experience in partnering with the business to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that they align with business needs. - Experience in participating in user and task analysis to represent business needs, ensuring that they are accurately reflected in the design of new processes. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that new processes are effectively implemented and integrated with existing systems and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
