Job Description
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes, focusing on their characteristics and key performance indicators to align with functional requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and ensuring that the designs meet the established criteria. You will also participate in quality management reviews, providing insights and guidance to ensure that all requirements are comprehensively addressed. Your role will be pivotal in educating stakeholders about the designs, fostering a clear understanding of the processes being implemented, and driving the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with process modeling tools. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into process designs. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
