Job Description
BPA ( Business Process Analyst)
Experience 4 to 8 years(relevant only)
Location Bangalore,Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Kochi, Trivandrum.
Interview rounds L1 Technical + L2 Client round Technical + US round.
- Telecom Business Process Modeling,
- TMForum standards: eTOM, ODA, SID, Open APIs,
- Understanding of Telecom Value Chain: Must possess a strong understanding of telecom value chain, Lead to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Assurance, OSS processes, Network Inventory Management and Billing.
- Experience in consulting in Telco OSS and BSS
- Experience in developing OSS/BSS Transformation Roadmaps
- Significant knowledge and experience gained from years of OSS / BSS domain (Lead & Opportunity, CPQ, Order Capture, Order Orchestration, Inventory, Provisioning, Billing etc) delivery and implementation.
- Experience in products from Product vendors such as Netcracker, Amdocs, Ericsson, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP etc
- Good to have: Understanding of Autonomous Networks
