What you’ll do:
- Collaborates with senior managers/directors of the business on BI, Data Science and Analytics roadmap. Owns business requirements definition, prioritization & execution to deliver actionable insights to enable decision making, support strategic initiatives and accelerate profitable growth.
- Product Ownership to conceptualize and deliver use-case driven Data Products based on business requirements, including UX design, stakeholder management, customer enablement & sustaining activities.
- Defines Business Process – Systems – Data mapping frameworks across key business domains, and drives easy-to-digest/impactful/actionable insights to enable decision making, support strategic initiatives and accelerate profitable growth.
- Functions as the subject matter expert for data, analytics, and reporting systems within the organization to yield accurate and proper interpretation of core business KPIs/metrics.
- Performing deep-dive investigations, including applying advanced techniques, to solve some of the most critical and complex business problems in support of business transformation to enable Product, Support, and Software as a Service offerings.
- Directs and prioritizes important, complex analytics projects by monitoring deliverables and milestones, including developing contingencies to minimize risks and maximize success.
- Partners with management on a wide range of issues, including capacity planning, risk management and implementation tactics.
- Manages the development of project guidelines, plans, objectives, and deliverables, and drives execution, utilizing Program Management tools such as JIRA/Monday.com.
What you need to bring:
Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or data engineering role performing business analytics across Sales, Supply Chain, Support& Finance domains.
- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within at least two business domains, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies. Financial planning experience a plus.
- Advanced analytics skill set, including deep expertise in BI & Data Science - including forecasting/NLP/RPA/GenAI applications. Experience partnering with IT & Data Engineering teams, with deep understanding of IT systems & Data Architecture.
- Program Management experience, across requirements, prioritization, development, testing, sustaining and customer/user support. Scrum/SAFe Agile certifications with experience setting up and using JIRA/Monday.com.
- Ability to independently draft and present client deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills.
- Strong leadership skills, including stakeholder management, coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution.
- Highly collaborative, open-minded with a "customer first" attitude; able to support and deliver net-optimal outcomes across teams and differing priorities.
