Role Description
As a Business Operations Trainee, the candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, client coordination, and execution of wellness projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business functions in a fast-growing startup, with the opportunity to learn directly from the leadership team and grow into a full-time operations role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client communication, onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of psychologists, wellness trainers, and facilitators
- Prospect potential B2B and B2C clients , support outreach, and maintain sales pipeline data.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation.
- Manage follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.
- Support in planning and executing marketing activities (events, partnerships, workshops, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (counselors, trainers, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth execution.
- Track deliverables and update reports/MIS regularly.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
- Handle operational documentation, contracts, and vendor coordination.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and motivated to learn client management.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good with multitasking and timelines.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
