What would you do? (Job Summary): Business Operation team Resource will be a part of the DAIC RM team, Responsible for all RM related activities of DAIC MU.
What are we looking for? (Knowledge & Skill Requirements, Educational Qualification, Skills & Work Experience): Skill Business Operations Management, Excel, Program and Program Management, Requirement Management, Work and Scope Management Education 15 Years full-time Education Overall Experience: 5 to 7 years for relevant experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear accountabilities and shared understanding of impact. Ensure initiatives meet schedule, quality commitments. Track, measure, and report Various MU related metric, performance issues, and risks. Support the Data & AI Capability market unit RM Team by tracking and managing project / business Operations management activities. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables. Support standard management reporting processes and metrics across various activities related to Demand Management, UT & CHG, Resource management, Interview bandwidth etc. Deliver business outcomes for assigned program, project & business Operations management activities. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control SLAs.
