Brief about the Team

You will be a part of a fast-moving entrepreneurial unit working on non-linear growth ideas and will hold a central position that allows you to work on cross-functional projects with all business streams ranging from product, marketing, consumer experience, pricing, and operations. You will work in ambiguity, building and communicating a clear approach and ensuring that we are balancing customer needs, having a competitive landscape and strategic priorities constantly.

Job Summary

The resources in Business Operations will work closely with Executive Leadership Team to support strategic initiatives, drive special projects, and streamline operations central to ePharmacy's growth. This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and eager to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Data Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
