Manoja Group is a small family-run business group based in Latur, operating multiple traditional businesses across different sectors.

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful individual who can help coordinate day-to-day activities across our businesses and act as a local representative for operational work.

This is an important role working directly with the business owners, helping manage tasks, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring things move forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate operational tasks across multiple small businesses

Act as a local representative for business-related work

Visit and follow up with government offices such as the Collector's Office, Municipal Corporation, MIDC, and other local authorities

Handle documentation and follow-ups for approvals and paperwork

Coordinate meetings with brokers, agencies, vendors, and service providers

Manage tasks on behalf of the owners when they are traveling or unavailable

Ensure timely execution of operational work and follow-ups

Requirements

Fluent in Marathi and English (written and spoken)

Comfortable using a computer, email, and digital communication tools

Experience dealing with government offices in Latur is highly preferred

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Driving license required (field visits are part of the role)

Ability to take ownership and get work done independently

Work Structure

Full-time role

6 days per week

Combination of office work + field work

May require occasional outstation travel
