We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a high-speed diaper & hygiene products production unit.

Role Overview

This leadership role will drive production excellence, plant efficiency, quality standards, cost control, and timely dispatch while building a high-performance manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day plant & production operations

Achieve output targets and improve OEE, uptime & productivity

Production planning, inventory & raw material coordination

Drive quality control, audits & compliance standards

Implement lean manufacturing & cost optimization initiatives

Manage supply chain, warehouse & dispatch efficiency

Lead plant managers, supervisors & shop-floor teams

Ensure EHS, safety & statutory compliance

Ideal Candidate

B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Industrial (MBA Ops preferred)

1218 years manufacturing experience

5+ years in leadership role

Experience in FMCG / Hygiene / Diaper / Sanitary / Tissue manufacturing

Strong exposure to high-speed automated lines & process improvement
