Business Operations Associate

What will you do?

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and seamless coordination across multiple functions within the organization.

Business Operations:

• Oversee and support day-to-day company operations across Business Operations, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams
• Work closely with the Sales team on CRM management, lead allocation, and sales list distribution
• Assess manpower availability and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution
• Maintain updated operational records, trackers, and dashboards
• Handle end-to-end coordination of cross-functional business processes to ensure seamless functioning
• Manage vendor coordination and operational follow-ups
• Support execution of cross-operations tasks while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

What are we looking for?

• Strong communication skills with excellent command over written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and efficiently juggle cross-operations responsibilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptable and open to taking on new tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with speed, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
• Prior full-time experience in Operations roles (EdTech experience is an added advantage)
