Looking for Sales Managers/Business Managers who can build, manage, run large sales teams, and are eager to earn huge incentives.

Proven ability to motivate, train, manage and enable the team to develop business.

Proven sales track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

Can formulate strategies to expand customer base and generate new business.

Ownership to achieve benchmark numbers.

Exceptional communication skills.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Ability to utilize insights from data and consistently improve performance.

Smart business acumen, to inculcate team discipline.

Ability to do market research and find your own USPs.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

2. Knowledge of Interior Designing and Architecture Industry is a plus

3. Team handling experience is a must
