Responsibilities:
- Leverage prior experience working with media agencies, trading desks, or programmatic technology partners to drive campaign success and strategic programmatic initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across major local DSPs and programmatic platforms, ensuring best practices in setup, optimization, and measurement.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of DSP and exchange economics to negotiate trading benefits, secure preferred deals, and optimize buying efficiency.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key local publishers, data partners, and programmatic product vendors to unlock unique media opportunities and audience insights.
- Apply deep understanding of programmatic trading models (open auction, PMPs, preferred deals, programmatic guaranteed) to balance advertiser performance goals with publisher monetization strategies.
- Translate complex programmatic and adtech concepts into simple, non-technical language for clients and internal stakeholderse.g., explaining cookie syncing, lookalike modeling, or identity graphs in a clear, relatable way.
- Manage and mentor the team, overseeing their performance and development.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of digital media experience, preferably in a media agency or trading desk.
- Proficient in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager, GA360).
- Hands-on expertise with leading AdTech and MarTech platforms.
- Experience in programmatic strategy, client decks, and new business pitches.
- Strong understanding of programmatic platforms and campaign execution.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on scaling existing business.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
