Role Purpose

The Business Manager will manage office-based admission operations while also traveling for admission drives, outreach, and business development , acting as a bridge between the university, parents, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage admission inquiries at the office and coordinate follow-ups.
• Travel for school visits, fairs, events, and outreach activities .
• Support enrollment growth through local market development.
• Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams.
• Track admissions funnel and submit performance reports.

• Strong experience in education admissions, outreach, or business development .
• Willingness to travel.
• Mature, trustworthy, and capable of handling parent interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, coordination and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS-office applications.
