Job Description School Partnership Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive School Partnership Manager to build and maintain strong

relationships with partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools by providing

timely support and guidance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools and ensure a

seamless partnership experience.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and

engagement with schools.

Feedback & Stakeholder Coordination

- Collect continuous feedback from schools, teachers, and other stakeholders

to understand their needs and challenges.

- Communicate partner requirements to internal product, operations, and

support teams to improve solutions and services.

Issue Resolution & Support

- Manage and resolve partner issues and escalations promptly by

coordinating with internal departments.

- Ensure schools receive quick and effective solutions to operational or

service

Business Growth & Product Adoption


- Drive increased value, engagement, and revenue growth through stronger

product adoption.

Service Delivery & Execution

- Align deliveries with the specific needs and expectations of each school.

Performance Tracking

- Track delivery performance and implementation progress across partner

schools.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and proactively address any

delivery challenges.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience in account management, client success, education partnerships, or

operations.

- Strong relationship management and communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
