Job Description

Flow interio is an interior and architectural designing firm established in 2016 with the most loyal and obedient backend team, who didnt stop loving us and contributing their sweat and blood for its growth. Flow interio proved the significance of its presence in the designing and home decor business by supporting the city in choosing its love interiors.

With its base in Hyderabad, Flow Interio also expanded its modular kitchen services territory to various metropolitan cities like Bangalore, Vijayawada, and Vizag, strategically planning to go PAN India in the coming years to serve the same love across the nation.

Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing sales manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/She should be from an interior designing background. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect relentlessly to build pipelines and build strong relationships with prospects.
  2. Own the experience we give prospective customers from the first interaction with us.
  3. Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interior designers.
  4. Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status.
  5. Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
  6. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the showroom / offline business unit and document and distribute competitive information.
  7. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, and by email. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  8. Seek opportunities to be a leader and do everything possible to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

  10. The ideal candidate for this role will come with experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets.

Requirements & Skills

  1. 3-5 years of Sales experience.
  2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully handling the Team.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong listening and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Understanding the home interior domain is a bonus.
  7. Strong business sense and industry expertise

Qualification - Must be from Interior Designing Background.

Experience - Experience working on projects in the Interior Design industry.
