ALTEN India is expanding its Business team and inviting applications for Business Development role for Bangalore, Pune & Hyderabad location. If youre passionate about driving growth and creating business impact in the engineering services domain, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.



Experience range: 10-18 years


Key responsibilities:


  • Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
  • Analyse sales performance data, generate forecasts, and report on the teams performance to senior leadership. Streamline the sales process to ensure efficiency and success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Preferred: Engineering services background with domain experience in Automotive / Aerospace / Life Sciences.
