Job Description

About the role:-

 

Act as a bridge between the organization and the client to nurture / develop a relationship between the client and the organization for mutual benefit and increase market share. Additionally, handle effectively Order Booking, Account Management, Customer Retention, Project Feasibility Customer Satisfaction, Key customer association, Inter-functional and Intra functional Interaction Process Flow and SLA adherence Information.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:-

 

Hiring Management:

 

·         Understanding of hiring process followed at partner end.

·         Active involvement in hiring process at partner end to gauge the quality of manpower being on boarded and adherence to the contracted job description.

·         Owning hiring validation-  Co-ordination with Channel Partners for the same, skillset prioritization and language assessment

 

Training & Quality Management:

 

·         Engage with NHIP batches to understand training effectiveness.

·         Suggest changes in training content for new product & processes- drive the suggestions to closure.

·         Ensure training refreshers (& Certifications of resources hired at partner location as per contract) are conducted as per schedule – regularly sit thru refreshers/NHIP.

·         Monitor Process Performance in lines to the defined KPIs, RnP Metrics

 

 

Process mapping & management:

 

·         Process fix and corrections.

·         Test all new product launches and initiate live demo on floor.

·         Ensure and participate and conduct briefings being done on floor. Dissemination of briefing to be checked basis dipstick and random test calls.

·         Suggest changes/simplification covering the entire gamut right from training content, quality legend, SOP, applications to processes.

 

 Partner Management:

 

·         Take ownership of delivering partner satisfaction.

·         Ensure partner’s readiness and capabilities to support Airtel’s growth strategies. Alignment of partner to Airtel’s strategies and long-term plans.

·         Manage change within the organization and resolve conflicts that may arise between the Partner and circles.

·         Ensure 100% monthly billing, validate monthly performance via system reports.

 

Qualifications

1.       4-5 years of work experience in a product organization with an agile environment

2.       Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
