Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager for our Digital Marketing team with 11 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Word MS Excel and Customer Service. Experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to drive our digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the companys growth.

Transition Manager Exp in Mortgage preferred
Lead the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns making adjustments as necessary.Ensure the use of MS Word and MS Excel for documentation reporting and data analysis.Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing projects ensuring cost-effectiveness.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and asset management.Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts.Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing processes and outcomes.
