Role Description

We are offering a full-time, on-site Business Management Trainee position in Mumbai at SPI. As a Business Management Trainee, you will learn by working closely with experienced managers, joining training sessions, understanding sales strategies, and helping with various projects to build your skills in sales management.

Qualifications

Good communication and people skills

Able to work well both in a team and on your own

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Interest in sales and business growth

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Previous sales or management experience is a plus
