Role Description

BMAG (Business Management and Analytics Group) partners with various COOs/Operations leads/Front Office in delivering various value added reporting, analytics and lead/support in various projects and initiatives.

As an Associate in Business Management & Analytics Group, the employee would be responsible for managing the Debt Deal portfolio monitoring, communication with CRMs and stakeholders, create meaningful & reliable analytics, projects, participate in process improvement/automation projects etc that would help in attaining the group goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Support portfolio monitoring of Debt deals which includes updating portfolio and its review
• Review and comprehend financial reports/documents to ensure accurate portfolio monitoring
• Ensuring deviations/errors are highlighted, resolved and corrected
• Create and implement MI to provide good analytical view

Your skills and experience

• MBA with 10 + years of related experience
• Knowledge of financial products and investment bank, experience in financial portfolio monitoring will be an added advantage
• Experience in VBA, SQL, Altryx, Visualization tools like Tableau is preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel, Word, Power-point
• Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Detail orientation and commitment to quality
• Passion and proven ability to work with management information and financial figures
