Business Intelligence Manager

Our client is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Manager to join their team in Hyderabad, in a hybrid model. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end data management processes, including data modeling, warehousing, and creating actionable dashboards and reports. You will lead a team to implement and optimize business intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making across departments, while ensuring data integrity and security. Additional responsibilities include analyzing key business metrics, identifying trends, and providing strategic recommendations based on insights derived from data.

Annual salary 35-38 LPA

Finance domain experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing
• Overall 10-12 years of experience.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI) and creating dashboards [Advanced Data visualization experience]
• Advanced SQL/MYSQL experience.
• Strong Analytical Skills with proven ability to interpret trends and data-driven insights
• Knowledge of database management systems and best practices in data security
• Good Experience with Accounting & CRM systems.
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Masters degree or professional certification is a plus
• Finance domain experience is a plus
