Business Intelligence Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with end-to-end ownership, including DAX for front-end calculations.
• Review, optimize, and enhance data models to ensure scalability and performance.
• Utilize Databricks Lakehouse platform for data hosting and processing.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Implement automation scripts using PySpark for efficient data movement and processing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to present data insights to stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Work with pharma industry datasets to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power BI (end-to-end development and DAX).
• Strong data modeling skills with optimization experience.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with PySpark for automation and data engineering tasks.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical industry data .
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

• Knowledge of IQVIA Data Assets and their application in pharma analytics.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration.
