Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. The role involves transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools, while collaborating closely with cross-functional and US-based teams.

Location: Remote

Candidates Preferably From: Pune or Mumbai or Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST

Experience: 3 7 Years

Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources such as sales, market data, and customer engagement metrics.
• Build and maintain data models to support analytics, forecasting, and business reporting.

Reporting & Visualization

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using BI platforms.
• Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.

Data Quality & Management

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
• Define and maintain procedures for data collection, processing, and validation.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data availability and structure.

Trend Identification & Insights

• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to uncover opportunities for business improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Strategic Support

• Deliver insights and recommendations to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
• Support planning, forecasting, and performance optimization initiatives.

Technical Development

• Design, develop, and program data models and BI tools.
• Create scalable solutions to visualize and monitor business intelligence metrics.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with US-based teams .

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL , Tableau , Power BI , and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in data modeling, database design, and reporting best practices
• Knowledge of ETL processes , data pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus

Analytical Skills

• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful trends
• Data-driven mindset with high attention to detail

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with US stakeholders and global teams
