Business Intelligence Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support data driven decision-making. The role involves analysing business performance, identifying cost saving opportunities, and building dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit and variance analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives across departments.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data backed recommendations.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non technical audiences.
• Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analyses and business case development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or BI roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial concepts and cost structures.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
