Job Description
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for leadership and development of a team of Analysts.
- Stakeholder management of senior leaders of multiple functions , Globally.
- Develop and deliver analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
- Collaborate with regional and market-level teams to standardize reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency and comparability across geographies.
- Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions that support business areas such as commercial, supply chain, finance, R&D functions and many others.
- Analyse large datasets to uncover business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide training and documentation to end users on BI tools and reporting dashboards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 35+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems, especially in data extraction and integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience leading a team in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, product lifecycles, and supply chain dynamics.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.
Relevant Professional / Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
