Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft and manage professional email communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the team.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocations and follow up on deliverables.
  • Review and validate system setups to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters / bachelors degree in any field
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and has good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • strong knowledge of MS Excel


Location: Looking for candidates based out of Bengaluru

Years of experience: 1-3 years

Experience in Client facing role/ Service industry / Immigration Industry ( preferable)
