Job Description

We are looking for a Business Head Q-Commerce to lead and scale the companys presence across two key quick commerce platforms . This role will own the P&L, growth strategy, execution, and partnerships for the Q-Commerce channel and play a critical role in building this as a high-growth vertical within the organization.


The incumbent will work closely with founders/leadership, sales, supply chain, marketing, and NPD teams to drive rapid scale while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Channel Ownership & P&L

  • Own end-to-end P&L for the Q-Commerce business across two platforms
  • Define revenue targets, margin structures, trade spends, and growth levers
  • Drive sustainable and profitable growth of the channel

Growth & Scale

  • Build and execute the Q-Commerce growth roadmap (3x10x scale over the next few years)
  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and pack innovation
  • Drive volume growth through availability, visibility, and conversion

Platform Partnerships

  • Manage senior relationships with Q-Commerce partners (category managers, growth teams, ops teams)
  • Negotiate commercial terms, visibility plans, joint business plans (JBPs), and promos
  • Ensure strong execution of launches, campaigns, and platform-specific initiatives

Execution Excellence

  • Own catalog hygiene, content, availability, fill rates, and service levels
  • Work closely with supply chain and ops to ensure zero stock-outs and optimal replenishment
  • Track and improve key KPIs: GMV, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS, and repeat rates

Marketing & Visibility

  • Lead Q-Commerce marketing initiatives including platform ads, brand days, bundles, and promotions
  • Partner with brand and performance marketing teams to align campaigns with platform dynamics

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with NPD teams to create Q-Commercefirst products and packs
  • Align with finance, demand planning, and operations for forecasting and scale readiness
  • Build and lead a high-performing Q-Commerce team


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 815 years of total experience with 3 plus years in Q-Commerce
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Quick Commerce platforms
  • Proven track record of scaling a channel from scratch or growing it multi-fold
  • Solid understanding of unit economics, P&L, trade spends, and platform commercials
  • Experience in FMCG / Food / Consumer brands strongly preferred
  • Data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in high-growth environments
