Job Description
The Business Head X-Factor will lead the business setup, client acquisition, solution positioning, and execution coordination for X-Factor, Chanakya Xs digital media automation and business growth vertical.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of business consulting mindset, client engagement, and execution ownership . The Business Head will work closely with Chanakya X leadership and leverage existing internal teams and vendors for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and onboard SME, enterprise, and reseller clients
- Conduct client discovery meetings to understand business needs
- Position X-Factor solutions (WhatsApp automation, CRM, SMS, email, workflows) effectively
- Close pilot projects and long-term engagements
Solution & Execution Oversight
- Translate client requirements into executable automation use cases
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and platform partners
- Oversee onboarding, implementation, and go-live phases
- Ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
Reseller & Partnership Development
- Identify potential resellers, agencies, and channel partners
- Support onboarding, enablement, and commercial structuring
- Build a scalable reseller-friendly model
Operations & Process Setup
- Define basic SOPs for onboarding, campaigns, and support
- Work with interns and shared resources for documentation and execution
- Track active clients, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Strategic Growth
- Provide feedback on productization, pricing, and packaging
- Align X-Factor offerings with Chanakya X consulting engagements
- Support brand positioning and market expansion strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 37 years experience in:
- Business development
- Digital solutions
- SaaS / automation / CRM / marketing tech
Strong understanding of:
- WhatsApp Business Automation
- CRM concepts
- Digital communication workflows
- Consulting mindset with execution capability
- Comfortable working in a zero-to-one setup
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
